Registerengraag Lead Desk

Lead gen, explained plainly

Know what you are buying before you buy ad management

This site explains how paid lead generation is usually organized and what drives cost, then lets you ask a service partner for a quote.

What this service covers

Registerengraag Lead Desk handles the paid side of getting inquiries: search ads on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, paid social campaigns in Meta Ads Manager or LinkedIn Campaign Manager, the landing pages and forms those ads point to, and the tracking that shows which ad produced which inquiry. You keep ownership of every account. The work covers setup, day-to-day management and a written report on a schedule you agree. What it does not cover is the outcome. The ad platforms run the auctions and your buyers decide whether to get in touch, so nobody can promise a number of inquiries. What you can expect is a clear account structure, tracking you can check yourself, and someone looking after the campaigns between reports.

Four services, one request form

The work is split into four services. Search ads management covers Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns. Paid social campaigns run on Meta and LinkedIn. Landing pages and forms give each campaign a focused page to send people to. Lead tracking and follow-up connects ads to inquiries and routes each inquiry to someone who can answer it. You can ask for one service or combine several in a single request.

Beginning the work

Before any campaign is touched, scope and access are agreed.

  1. You send a request through this site.
  2. A service partner takes it up and asks what they need to know.
  3. You agree scope and price with the partner, in writing.
  4. You grant access to your ad and analytics accounts through each platform's user settings, and setup begins.

Why there are no prices on this site

Paid traffic work is priced on scope, and scope differs a lot between businesses. A company with one search campaign and solid tracking needs far less work than one launching on three platforms with new landing pages and call tracking. Reporting adds to it too: a weekly meeting takes more time than a monthly email. The partner quotes after seeing what you have. Your ad spend is billed by the platforms to you and sits outside that quote.

Before you send a request

Is ad spend included in the management fee?

Usually not. In most setups you pay the ad platform directly, by card or invoice, for clicks and impressions. The service partner charges a separate fee for setup and management. Keeping the two apart means you can see exactly what went to Google, Microsoft or Meta. Ask any provider to state both clearly in the proposal.

Who writes the ads?

The service partner usually drafts ad copy and creative from what you tell it about your offer and buyers. You approve drafts before they go live. You are responsible for the claims in them being accurate, so check prices, offers and any regulated wording. Some businesses supply their own photos or video; others ask the partner to source them.

What do reports usually cover?

Most reports show spend, impressions, clicks, conversions such as calls and form fills, cost per conversion, and which campaigns or keywords produced them. Better ones add notes on what changed and why. Ask how often reports arrive, whether you get access to the live accounts, and how leads that became customers are fed back in.

What is the difference between setup and ongoing management?

Setup is the one-time work: building campaigns, writing the first ads, creating landing pages and forms, installing conversion tracking and connecting leads to your inbox or CRM. Management is the work after launch: adjusting bids and budgets, excluding poor search terms, testing ads and pages, checking tracking and reporting. Many providers quote the two separately.

How is the management fee usually set?

Common models are a flat monthly fee, a fee that scales with ad spend, or a project fee for setup work. What drives it is the number of channels and campaigns, how many landing pages are involved, how involved the tracking is, and how often you want reports and calls. Ask what is included and what costs extra.
